Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Life happens, we get it. So, if you send us an email to support@instructrr.com at least 24 hours before the start of class, you may cancel your reservation for a credit with the same instructor to be used within 7 days of your originally scheduled class. If you have used a Class Pack credit to purchase the class you wish to cancel, the same 24 hour policy applies, just send us an email to support@instructrr.com and we will put the unused class credit back into your package.

Credits are promotional in nature, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other property. Credits are only valid for the same instructor the credit was issued under. You may only redeem Credits after they are applied to your Account. If for some reason you believe there is a discrepancy regarding your Credit balance, please contact us at support@instructrr.com. All decisions regarding your Credit balance will be determined in our sole discretion and are final.

There are no cancellations within 24 hours of the start of class.

Instructrr Live Auto-Renew Policy

We do not offer refunds for Auto-Renew class-packs.

Auto-Renew class packs automatically renew each month. Any changes made to your class packs will apply to your upcoming cycle. We are unable to retroactively make changes to your account.

If you’re interested in cancelling your Auto-Renew class pack, please submit a cancellation request to support@instructrr.com at least 24 hours prior to your Auto-Renew cycle date. You can reference your cycle date in your Account Settings page.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR MAKE GOODS FOR ANY PRIOR MONTHS INCLUDING FOR UNUSED CREDITS OR CLASSES.
